Class Details
Join me in a small, friendly, and cosy space for yoga classes designed to energize and calm your body and mind. Each session blends dynamic movements with grounding practices to leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. Classes take place on Thursdays at 6:15 PM and Fridays at 9:15 AM – perfect for winding down after work or starting your day with intention. All levels are welcome!
