Menopause Cafe

I hold the menopause cafe monthly with my friend Marissa Brummit in Dersingham. The Menopause Cafe is an international organisation that aims to break down the stigma around menopause, increasing awareness of the impact of the menopause on those experiencing it, their family, friends and their colleagues.

At a Menopause Cafe people like you share their stories, experiences and questions - all made that little bit easier with tea and cake. There are no speakers or experts, just friendly chat, a good laugh, sometimes some tears and always bags of encouragement and support - plus the chance to offload and maybe pick up some helpful hints from one another.

The MC is a not for profit organisation, we just ask for a donation towards the cost of drinks and cake. Drop me an email with any questions and to save a space.

Testimonials

Alayne Seymour

"Having started online during lockdown and then progressed to the Wells Saturday morning sessions, evenings at Ringstead and now the Syderstone classes the format is great. Warm up, breathing practices main set, and relaxation. Every session is different and delivered very professionally in a calm supportive gentle coaxing manner. I would recommend this experience to everyone looking to improve their wellbeing."
